Accounting Appointment

Service Description

This option is for current monthly billed clients to book an appointment with your Accountant to discuss bookkeeping, consulting, general accounting questions, and such. This is not a face-to-face appointment, unless previously discussed. Read your agreement to see what is included in your monthly fee. Additional time will be billed at $150/hour for telephone or $200/hour for meetings at your location. Please call the office if you have questions or send a message through the portal.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please select another time for your appointment. Make sure to send a message in the portal or by text 352-358-1413. If we are meeting in person, we require 8 hours cancellation notice or there will be an invoice for half hour added to your account to cover cancellation fees.
