We understand that time is valuable. That’s why we’re available when most banks are closed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

 

Service Areas:

We  travel throughout Alachua, Baker, Bradford, Clay, Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, Lafayette, Levy, Marion, Putnam, Suwannee, and Union counties. (A travel fee may apply based on distance, time, and urgency—contact us for an estimate.)

 

Standard Florida Notary Fees 

(Travel fees not included)

  • Signature Acknowledgment: $10 per certificate

  • Oath or Affirmation: $10 per individual

  • Certifying/Attesting a Photocopy: $10 per copy
    (Examples include: driver’s license, title, passport, medical record, personal letter, diploma, etc.)

  • Inventory of Safe Deposit Box: $10

  • Execute a Protest: $10

  • VIN Verification: $20 total

    • ($10 for Jurat in Part A + $10 for Part B completion)

  • Matrimonial Ceremony: $30

Witness Services Available

Need witnesses? We can provide them upon request. You’re welcome to bring your own, as long as they are not listed as a beneficiary on the document and have valid ID. 

An additional fee may apply for witnesses provided by Morales Services, Inc.
