With over 17 years’ of experience in the rental and real estate industries, I have extensive knowledge with the different aspects of leasing, rental, mortgage & loan documents. And in addition to being a former Florida Real Estate Agent, I worked with HUD, FHA, SAHMA and received top honor for obtaining 100% on the NCHM COS exam.
